Mental Health support groups are facilitated by a Peer Support Specialist who addresses depression,
mental health and how it impacts the person in recovery, and includes tools and resources to address their concerns.
People experiencing depression, changes, and early recovery benefit from members with shared life experiences.
This opens real and raw conversations of shared strategies, family problems, or other life circumstances.
Members support and strengthen each other as they learn to problem solve and cope with life’s challenges.
