Anger Management
Our Anger Management program provides both support groups and court-ordered, closed groups (sign-up required). This dual approach allows us to serve individuals seeking personal growth as well as those required to attend through legal or professional mandates.
Groups explore how anger shows up in daily life, how individuals typically respond, and healthier ways to manage strong emotions.
For many, anger can feel overwhelming and difficult to control, leading to choices that negatively impact family, work, and personal relationships.
Through guided discussions, participants learn to identify feelings and triggers, build emotional awareness, and practice effective coping strategies. With a combination of peer support and structured interventions, members gain tools for long-term change and healthier relationships.
We also offer anger management assessments. If you have any questions regarding the assessments or the associated fees, please do not hesitate to contact our front desk at 253-369-1113.
