Mental Health

Our Mental Health services bring together professional clinical care and peer-led support, ensuring members receive guidance that is both evidence-based and grounded in lived experience.

Support groups are facilitated by trained Peer Support Specialists, working under the supervision of licensed mental health professionals. This collaborative approach offers members the unique benefit of clinical oversight alongside the authenticity of peer connection. Groups address topics such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, and the impact of mental health on recovery, while providing practical tools and strategies to manage challenges.

Confidentiality and Safety
We prioritize the confidentiality of all members, creating a safe environment where personal experiences can be shared openly. While conversations in groups are private, participants are also informed that staff are mandated reporters, which means they are legally required to take action if someone’s safety is at risk (such as threats of harm to self or others, or suspected abuse).

Scope of Practice
Peer Support Specialists play a vital role in fostering connection, offering encouragement, and sharing lived experience. They do not provide clinical diagnoses, therapy, or services outside of their scope of practice. All peer-led groups are supported and supervised to ensure members receive safe, ethical, and professional care.

We also offer mental health assessments. If you have any questions regarding the assessments or the associated fees, please do not hesitate to contact our front desk at 253-369-1113.
